We want you to be fully satisfied with your retro gaming components and restoration parts. If a part is defective or uninstalled, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure that the items are in their original packaging and have not been soldered, modified, or installed, as altered electronics are ineligible for return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the components in an anti-static bag and a padded box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
